As a member of Quarten Tourism, whether you are a local resident, a holiday home/apartment owner or simply a like-minded supporter, you are invited to the annual general meeting with refreshments. You will receive recurring information by email, post or here on our website with the most important news about tourism offers and events. We are your contact for your concerns and needs when it comes to the infrastructure managed by Quarten Tourism, such as the Murg Campsite, the old harbour area in Unterterzen and the associated bathing area, as well as the playgrounds at the Walensee play experience. We and our employees also maintain the hiking trails and benches in our area.

And most importantly, as a member, you make an important contribution to the preservation and development of our tourism area.

Behind Quarten Tourism there is a board that cares deeply about regional tourism and the entire Heidiland catchment area. We would like to introduce ourselves here and invite you to contact us at any time via our email address (info@quarten-tourismus.ch) if you have any concerns or questions.

Martina Giger-Britt (Co-President + Finance)
As the treasurer, numbers are my speciality. I continuously monitor the budget and manage the association’s accounting. I also advise my fellow board members on financial matters relating to future projects.

Sarah Tschirky-Gassner (Co-President)
After several years as an actuary, I am pleased to continue leading the Quarten Tourism Association as co-president alongside Martina Giger-Britt. It is very important to me to reconcile the needs of locals and guests.

Denise Tschirky (Actuary)
As an actuary, I support everyone on the board and really appreciate being able to actively participate and contribute to projects.

Pius Peter (Infrastructure)
I am happy to ensure that Quarten Tourism’s infrastructure, such as the campsite in Murg and the harbour in Unterterzen with its associated sanitary facilities, remains in good condition. It is important to me that guests find a clean and functional facility so that they can enjoy their time with us at Lake Walen.

Nicole Manhart (Marketing & Communication)
With my responsibilities in marketing and communication, I try to make Quarten Tourism as a whole more accessible and relevant for everyone. I am happy to be able to work on various projects with enthusiasm and joy.

Raphael Winteler (Events & Projects)
Tourism and gastronomy in harmony with the needs of the local population are very important to me. As an experienced organiser, I implement events.

We offer your own personal bench as a sponsorship opportunity. There are about 150 benches on Quartner soil, which we look after. Most of the time, their places are specially located or selected so that you can sit comfortably, enjoy the beautiful nature and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you decide soon to decorate a bench with a beautiful name plate, you may still be able to have a say in which one it should be.
